Warranty conditions
All products are under the warranty of the manufacturers unless otherwise stated. In order for the warranty conditions to be valid, you should definitely check the product during the cargo delivery. In case of any damage or missing product, do not take delivery of the product by keeping a report. If there is no damaged or missing product report, refund, exchange, reshipment etc. cannot be processed. In case of receiving the cargo, you accept that you have received the product without any damage and in this case, the return and exchange cannot be resent. Changes to the product, deformation of the product or deterioration of the original design of the product is out of warranty.

Product Return Policy
If the product you purchased on our site is found to be faulty, you must contact us via the online support section on our page or send a return form from the "My Account - My Orders - Return" section within 14 days from the delivery date at the latest. Following this information, the faulty product that you will send to us with the cargo company will be replaced with a new one. If the ordered product defect is caused by the use of the customer or the product has been used within 14 days, the product cannot be returned or exchanged. As the product return and replacement conditions, the practices in accordance with the Law on the Protection of the Consumer No. 4077 are essential.


Return Policy

The return period is 14 days from the delivery date.


How Do I Return?

Go to "My Orders" from the "My Account" section on our website and mobile applications.

Press the "Return" button and view the details of your order.

Select the product to be returned and write the reason for the return in the ''Product-Specific Return Description''.

In case of more than one shipping option, select your cargo.

Take note of the return shipping code that appears on the screen. You can also access your return shipping code from the My Orders page and from the notification message sent to your membership e-mail address.

Put the invoice together with the items to be returned in one package.

Deliver the package with the return shipping code to your chosen courier within 7 days. In case you pass 7 days, you need to get the return shipping code again.

Return Policy:

The product you will return must be undamaged, unused and not damaged as a result of misuse.

If products reach us in a used, worn or washed condition, we may have to send them back to you. In this case, no refund will be made.

You must return the product/products you want to return with all accessories and original box and invoice.

Returns of disposable products and products that deteriorate rapidly or are likely to expire are not accepted.

The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for goods or services whose prices change depending on the fluctuations in the financial markets and which are not under the control of the seller or supplier.

 

Products Excluded from Returns

a) Hygienic products are non-refundable for any reason.
b) Cat toilet products (even if the package is not opened!)
c) Products suitable for easy contamination such as nail clippers, brushes, combs (even if the package is not opened!)
d) Disposable products.
e) Products that have an expiration date after opening, such as eye and ear drops.
f) Panties and pads.
g) No Bark Training Collar can be exchanged or refunded.
