Warranty Conditions

All products are under the manufacturer's warranty unless otherwise stated. In order for the warranty conditions to be valid, you should definitely check the product during the cargo delivery. In case of any damage or missing product, do not take delivery of the product by keeping a record. Returns, exchanges, reshipments, etc., in case of no damaged or missing items report. transactions cannot be made. In case the cargo is received, you accept that you have received the product undamaged and in this case, no refund or exchange can be made again. Changes in the product, deformation of the product or deterioration of the original design of the product are not covered by the warranty.

Product Return Policy

If the product you purchased from our site is found to be defective, you must contact us from the online support section on our page within 14 days from the delivery date or send a return form from the "My Account - My Orders - Return" section. latest. How Do I Rotate?

Put the invoice with the items to be returned in one package.

Deliver the package with the return shipping code to the courier of your choice within 7 days. If you exceed 7 days, you will need to get the return shipping code again.
